Simple Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 200g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Skillet

  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
