Ingredients:
- 200g of salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- Pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Once the skillet is hot, place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Gently flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until it’s cooked to your liking.
- Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the salmon fillet and let it cook for an additional minute to warm up the pesto.
- Remove from heat and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
