Quick Pesto Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 200g of salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Once the skillet is hot, place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Gently flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until it’s cooked to your liking.
  • Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the salmon fillet and let it cook for an additional minute to warm up the pesto.
  • Remove from heat and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
