Ingredients:
- 250g of mascarpone cheese
- 2 eggs
- 50g of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100ml of strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- 50ml of coffee liqueur
- 100g of ladyfinger biscuits
- cocoa powder for dusting
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the granulated sugar until pale and creamy.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the mixture and gently fold until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them gently into the mascarpone mixture.
- In a shallow dish, mix the cooled brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the coffee mixture and layer them at the bottom of the serving glass.
- Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
