Ingredients:

  • 400g of canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 60ml of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Paprika for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Food Processor
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spatula
  • Bowl

Instructions:

  • In a food processor, combine the rinsed chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth, adding water gradually until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, blending again to combine.
  • Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
