Ingredients:

  • 150g of red snapper fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

  • Non-stick skillet
  • Spatula
  • Serving plate

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the red snapper fillet with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic on both sides.
  • Once the oil is hot, place the fillet into the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip the fillet carefully using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked and flaky.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillet and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
