Quick Grilled Halloumi Delight

Ingredients:

  • 200g of halloumi cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • grill

  • plate

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices.
  • Brush both sides of the halloumi slices with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and paprika over the cheese slices.
  • Place the halloumi on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the grill and place on a plate.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
