Ingredients:
- 1 Lobster Tail (about 200g)
- 100g of Cooked Mushrooms, diced
- 50g of Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 60ml of Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp of Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster tail for 5 minutes. Remove, cool, and then cut it in half lengthwise, removing the meat and chopping it into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, cooked mushrooms, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the lobster mixture back into the lobster shell halves and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the prepared lobster shells in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
