Lobster Thermidor

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lobster Tail (about 200g)
  • 100g of Cooked Mushrooms, diced
  • 50g of Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 60ml of Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp of Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot
  • Oven
  • Baking Dish
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster tail for 5 minutes. Remove, cool, and then cut it in half lengthwise, removing the meat and chopping it into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, cooked mushrooms, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spoon the lobster mixture back into the lobster shell halves and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Place the prepared lobster shells in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
