Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100g of granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 50g of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 100ml of milk

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until just combined and smooth; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
