Ingredients:
- 200g of chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of tandoori spice mix
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tandoori spice mix, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, oil, and salt to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Once done, take the chicken out and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
