Quick Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 200g of chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon of tandoori spice mix
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Oven
  • Baking tray
  • Cooking brush

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the tandoori spice mix, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, oil, and salt to create a marinade.
  • Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Once done, take the chicken out and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
