Ingredients:
- 200g of mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and mussels)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (400g)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add the diced red bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes until it begins to soften.
- Stir in the smoked paprika, then add the can of diced tomatoes along with the vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
