Ingredients:
- 1 fillet (150g) of salmon
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Place the salmon in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the salmon and drizzle with lemon juice, continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.
